Frequently Asked Questions

An array of different stores are available at the Village at Pigeon lake only 12 minutes away (See our links for more information).

We are quite close to 4 lakes;

Twin lakes is the closest – about 10 minutes drive, just east of us, which is a nice little lake to go swimming in.

Battle lake is the second closest, then Pigeon lake and lastly Buck lake is about ½ hour to the west of us.

4 people comfortably, but 4 adults is ok in the Papa Bear Cabin, while the other cabins sleep only 2 adults.

Not at this time.

Yes! Unless there is a fire ban. (Search under County of Wetaskiwin) There are plenty of fire pits and firewood is available for $20 for half a side-by-side box or $40 for a full side-by-side box.

All cabins and the campground has great and free wi-fi. Only the Papa Bear Cabin has a TV (Shaw programming) and the wi-fi works at the Papa Bear  but can be spotty.
